Hi, this Doug Dalton from Cannondale Bikes with your mountain bike trail tip.
Today, I am going to talk about your pedal stroke and your pedal stroke is something you think about all the time but are you thinking about your pedals and your cranks or are you thinking about the sore muscles? Really making sure you have a nice round pedal stroke, keeping your thighs really engaged as you come down from 12:00 transitioning to your calves to your hamstrings and then back to your thighs and really using every degree around the pedal stroke will make those long smooth climbs here in Park City seem a lot less long.
