NAMM 2009 Pioneer CDJ-400, DJM-400 Tj: Hey guys it is Tj from DJM.com here, now, I am in the 2009 at a pioneer booth. Here is Dj Jay. He is going to give us a quick overview of the Pioneer CDJ-400, DJM-400. Jay: All right, over here, we have got two around players, single top players. CDJ-400, DJM-400. What these are doing, you see this monitor right here. Look on the top here, we have got CD, USB, USB port and you also got USB cable back here. I am actually running through my laptop. Full controls. So what I can do is, I can actually use the player to control---I do not have to use my laptop, I have got all my songs and create and this player allows me to HID internalogue. It controls serato. Along with other software, you might really want to use, got scratch, some other things. So not only can I play both tracks up here. I can switch back then go into a CD, load it up; I play MP3, regular CD’s. It has got a full pitch 6/10, 16 and Y, so you get the full effects. It has got vinal scratch. So I can scratch on a disc where I can bring it back and scratch up there. I am going to impair it right here with a 400 mixer. This thing is awesome. It has got a talk over feature that actually drops the music 20 decibels when you start tracking on the mic. It is not going to work unless you are talking. So you can leave it on the whole night. Start talking; we have used this in the dance floor. So I got this sample right here. I am actually able to store samples. Pick them up; play them on a different channel. So I have got a sample and I choose, I want to play it up one of the channels, I can. So I can store that in five samples throughout the night. Plus, I get some effects delay, echo, filter, face, robot, the role effect are going to actually throw that over. So it is not some PC gear. A real good for the global market and actually club do, with a digital mixer. But for mobile usage, this is a good package, really sweet, really nice, and that is —being run by, CDJ-400.
