Hi, welcome to NYBJJ Academy. I am here today with two special guests, Josh, and Greg, one of my senior students that have been trained around for five years. Today, I would like to explain you guys so that they start rolling. There are two different ways to roll. One could be hard, competing, see which ones are going to get a position first. And the other way would be both helping each other, flowing, that should be the most up to date. We are going to have Josh and Greg, train Dragon's roll, helping each other without fighting; competing with each other to see who’s going to get first, who’s going to get last, alright? So you guys get started.
Like you see Josh has started first the sequence of the back is rolling in flow as Greg let Josh do everything he wants, you can learn this technique through monks technique. Now Greg is trying to work at pressing the guard as Josh’s tucked his hand. It's a very good way also to warm up, loosen up your joints and your muscles. When you go like that, you do create new movements, giving him the chance to switch apart, which I didn’t like the most, your back, your hands, your agility. It's not that you put in your 100%, you want to fight like you are going to compete. But some days when you are tired, you can train like this, it's called the floor training.
What I will really like you to practice? I want to train in discipline. I would like you do the two steps. I can show you right now, I have two steps, I stopped, and then when Josh’s going to tackle me two steps. So it’ll be a tackle defense, that should be only two steps. That’s fun.

Okay, I will just show you, either chest and back for you remember and then what you are going to do is practice over and over and over.
