Audra: Next time you head to the grocery store we got some base you’re going to
definitely want to add to your list. Andrea shows us the 3 types of foods
let along prove your health and it’s all in today’s getting fit.
Andrea: You know taking a walk to the grocery store is a great form of exercise
and while you’re there pick up a few things that help fight inflammation.
Start with first omega 3 from walnuts salmon and even fax seed oil then
next thing you want to check out are polyphenols. Well they’re not only
found in wine but they’re also found in berries, blueberries, blackberries
strawberries and raspberries.
Lastly you know how to pick up some products with quercetin like garlic,
white grapes, red grapes and of course, apples. Remember an apple a day
keeps the doctor away and don’t forget when you’re going to the grocery
store take a walk to get outside and get some fresh air and exercise.
On my Naked Fitness Program of diet, alignment and exercise 30 people
in Chicago loss 342 pounds in less than a month so what is the diet secret,
well it’s really just about protein. Proteins like salmon and fish and lean
cuts of meat with every meal. You are looking between 80 and 100 trams
of protein a day coupled with 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables like
berries, spinach, peppers and grapes. All the good fruits and vegetables
you can have in any day.
