very good info, but I use M.Gardson's methods most often, works reasonably well for hair regrowth

Dean: Hi! My name is Dean, I am from Green Valley, Missouri. I'd like to know some natural ways to promote hair growth. Michelle Hanjani: Well Dean, that's an interesting question. There are several products on the market that are touted to be natural remedies for hair loss. Probably, the most readily available and most popular is Saw Palmetto, followed by Beta-Sitosterol and the downside of these products is we don't really have good studies that show that these are effective or safe really but they are natural products. So they are readily available in herbal stores and organic stores. They probably do help a little bit. I think in a medical profession we have some reservations about both the safety and efficacy of these products. And if you do try these agents, I would recommend that you tell your physicians that you are using them, so that they make sure that there aren't any interactions with other medicines that you are taking.
