Hi, my name is Anusha Amen-Ra and I am the Director and Staff Nutritionist of Sacred Space Healing and Retreat Center.
Sacred Space is a Holistic Health practice that supports your journey towards health and success in life. Anderson Springs is located in Lake County, California, about two hours north of San Francisco and about 30 minutes north of Calistoga in Napa Valley. This area has a rich history of holistic health and retreats starting as far back as the late 1800’s. You will find yourself surrounded by 20,000 acres of lush forest woodland, the cleanest air in California, and a variety of therapeutic hot springs.
Sacred Space is our way of expressing our love for life, health and happiness. You were born with a right to perfect health. Often however, we may have been given less than adequate support for accomplishing that.
All our retreats are customized to meet your particular needs but basically are divided into three main categories: Healing Retreats, Holistic Detox Retreats, and Fasting Retreats.
I am always amazed at the number of people who die each year for the lack of support of healing themselves. Your body is perfect. It is also self-healing. Your body is always healing itself!
