Reapplying the oil as well as again give you so nice long strokes while we apply the oil. And here, what you can do is go underneath. I am going under with my right hand and pulling up and under with my left hand and up in there under with my right hand going up.
I am encouraging the curve into that too pushing letting my hand push up the neck a little bit. So, it feels a little better that way. I am going all the way up the neck so you are stroking as well as getting a nicely stretch because I am leaning back so it is giving a natural pull at they same time.
Okay. Then, go over the top of the shoulders leaning a deep shoulder pushing down. And we can work each side of the shoulder with the thumbs, the top of the shoulders feel for those tight spots and hold. These points are really nice just to give it a few moments to hold on them, then to let go. Work some more with the thumbs, so I am working all along the muscles here in the top, top and slightly to the back with there tight and you can just feel on the top, feeling dangling circling movements along the back side of the top of the shoulders were they are tight.
This is working all over the top of the shoulders down to the top of scapula there and up the neck. Then can take the hand on one side underneath and the other hand and her head I am going to turn it to the side. Just going to turn a little bit so that I can get the side of the neck and you want to stay down on this side of the neck, you do not want to go over to the front.
And here also just naturally because my hands are there I am also working with my finger tips on the other side of the neck. I am doing a squeezing motion here with my hands so my fingers are going up at the same time the other side of the neck. So you are really working both sides of the neck at the same time.
And then shuffle with a long stroke and do the other side the same way. And then we can also, some people you can do this with some it is harder you can just feel that works. You can take by holding one hand under the neck. You can reach under with other hand down between the spine and the shoulder blades. Then once they are lifted then you can get the other hand under the other side and you can work up with your finger tips.
And then I am working with both hands with the finger tips along that tighter area. That is so tight unless people the – between the shoulder blades and the spine in both sides, the circular movements and slowly working my way up to the top. Do that again holding and you can reach down over sides, the circular movements working their way up and up the neck with the fingers. Then you can work up the neck, both sides of the spine with finger tips like so, circular movements slowly working your way up to the base of the skull.
And then reaching under, getting my hand under and I am going to work a long the muscles that are attached to the base of the skull on the occipital ridge there. This is really an important area and another attachment point. We are working in these points which are usually tight just in circular movements with the finger tips. This can be really helpful with the muscles with the neck to let go and can really help with headaches, neck tension. And just feeling with my fingers where tight areas on the muscles. They are all along the edges in the skull then underneath the bottom of the skull.
And just work that until you feel it loosen up a little bit. Then long stroke up to neck again like we did at the beginning. And here at the end you could do a real gentle pull since we are underneath there. Let us go the pull, okay pushing down the shoulders and we finish with holding of the base of the skull.
