Hey, this is L.P from teknoreview.com. Don’t you just love unboxing videos? It’s almost like Christmas. You have the excitement the anticipation and sometimes the disappointment as well.
Anyhow, for me Santa came early this year and brought me this, a brand new Nokia N97. The device comes in a sleek looking box which is atypical when it comes to a Nokia packaging. And here it is, the Nokia N97 as you by now have hopefully notice, this is the white edition of the phone. It comes in black as well but I was feeling kind of depressed so I got the white one instead.
Anyways, the device itself is quite stylish. But let’s put it aside for a moment and check out Nokia’s accessories. Nokia doesn’t kid around when putting accessories in the box. Bundled in with the phone is a USB sync cable, operation manuals and software, a very funky looking stylus, a 1500 milliamp battery, a hands-free set and relatively good headphones, a micro-fiber cloth, a screen protector which is already installed on the phone, a charger cable, and a very nifty adaptor for all those old Nokia chargers you have lying around the house.
I have a theory that there are more Nokia chargers on this planet than actual people. And this is probably true. Anew is just in Nokia, Motorola and Sony Ericsson have made a pack that they will be standardizing charger cables. So, from next year on, the chargers will work on all of these devices. So, those were the accessories but let’s take a look at the device itself. First impressions are definitely great. The device looks snazzy and the N97 is a good fit in the hand despite its plastic exterior N97 feels like a solid piece of hardware and they truly feels like a device made for everyday use. But I won’t be getting any deeper in this unboxing video. If you want to see more, please continue to my full in-depth review at teknoreview.com.
