The way you would put these chords on the piano the exact same way that you put them or on the chord, the exact way the way you put them on the piano is done by those unisons.
So now we have this. This C is the same exact C as this C here on the guitar. So this C in this open E is this. C in E. So if I were to play this chord, G, C, G, C, E, the way I am going to do this is this. G, C, E. That is the same like the chord of this. So, when I am playing these chord and I will found out where that chord is on the guitar, you would literally match up that same exact note to the piano that it is so important to learn how to read music because if I write this chord down, half, 1,2,3,4,5. If I were to write this here, F, A, D, G, A. Whether I am playing piano, guitar, violin, trumpet, flute, chorus, whatever, you can not argue the structure of this chord nor can you argue the rhythm, the beat, the time signature, nothing about it, the octave, nothing about it. This is a definite absolute pitch and rhythm of how you play music.
So, if you want to take your notes on the guitar and throw them to the piano, all you have to do is write them down on sheet music like this and then when you go to play the chord, let us see, we have F, A, D, G, A. That chord, it will play anywhere as the same exact chord. Now, if I were to move this up from A to D, then I simply move this up from A to B and that is it then you go and play but if it is just a normal chord like your F chord, your C chord, your D. You do not have to worry about the exact tertial harmony, unless you are worrying about the melody and then you just go and play it, F, C, D.
