And this software I'm going to review today is an anti-virus software that I am using and it’s called Norton Anti-Virus that catches—it’s the Norton Anti Virus Corporate Edition. And how it is different than the rest of them than the normal sort of anti virus is that it uses much, much less resources and it’s so automatic and updates automatically. And when it’s shredding, it actually doesn’t slow down you computer. As you see there is a small light in here and if I click on it with my right mouse button and from the menu there, I can see the Semantic—and how it works.
And well, as I said the best feature of it is actually it updates automatically and that it actually does all its files protection and that is in automatically and it fixes very little system resources, okay. And you can also update it manually if you want, keep on live update, update the virus—files and the virus scanning engine and everything. And you can also do manual scans like scan a floppy disk. You’re going to create custom scans like just the files on your CD drive or your compact flash files or the quick scan, you can do a full scan and you configure different options. And like the files system older protection, okay.
You can go for that old files, you can only protect, select the files like Archive Programs and files that might contain viruses and there's a lot of setting you can set. And like when you have all the protection enabled and you're installing certain software drivers that the anti-virus might interfere to the programs so you can disable it temporarily but then the programs re-enables itself like after three minutes, after 30 minutes on where set. And also, you can start up with windows, you can load it manually and you can actually do a lot like file cash.
If you have a lot of memory okay, you can actually go ahead and define a different file cash if you—look I have lot of memory, so if I do this—okay, so you can actually define different—and everything else. And while it’s really, really fast at scanning and doing all the other things and this is my choice because it’s fast and all the anti-viruses I have been using are really, really slow so that’s why I came to come to use—anti virus the corporate addition which you’re going to actually, I think you can buy it online and get the lessons online. And it’s really, really within—works within those Vista 64-bit as well.
