It does own cooking, we can do bread, chicken, potatoes, and we can also do a pizza. And, this is all at the same time and that is just because you have your zone cooking and plates that Nick and Mark are telling you about earlier, just makes all the difference in the world. Not only that, we are going to take and do some of our specialty steaks on the infrared. Again at the same time, they were doing a pizza, chicken, bread, and potatoes. So, we are going to throw it on here, as you can get a little sere action going on.
Look at there. It just demonstrates on how versatile this OCI grill is. You got steak here we roast testing. We have pizza, you have baked potatoes, and you have a chicken that we are doing that is called drunken chicken. And not only that, were doing some bread. So, again the OCI is just extremely, extremely versatile.
There we go. All right folks, we are demonstrating the sere marks that this infrared burners leaves on the steak. Again, I kept on emphasizing the fact that we are cooking pizza, doing chicken bread, and baked potatoes. Not only, are we doing the pizza but we are using the smoker box here and we have some light smoke coming off of it, smoking into the pizza. So, we are going to have smoked pizza today. No where else can you get a get a grill that can do so much.
The OCI is just one of the best grills on the market as Mark and Nick demonstrated and at this point, you just need to order and have an OCI good day.
