Toni Coleman: That is also a question it's hard to answer simply. I think it is important to sort of offer not only reason but to be available to answer some questions.

That being said, sometimes too much information is too much information. And it isn't necessary to go into great detail about what it is that you do not like about them. About all of the many things that they do or don't do that are just deal breakers for you. And instead to honestly offer kind of synapse of what those things are. No, and just say, “It's not work -- I am not -- it's not working for me because.” And give sort of a general and then if they ask some questions you can answer. But always thinking in terms of this is too much. This is just gratuitous in the sense that it's only going to be hurtful and it's not the information that they are really going to be able to use constructively.
