New York Times report that a proposed state law will make it illegal for internet companies to use information collected on consumers like surfing data and behavioral data without their consent and that the law will actually imposed fines of the $3,000. So, how in the hell this is going to work?

How do you know that he is really from New York? And I could see one guy in the tech department and going, “Wait a second, we have GOAP targeting.” Yes, sure you can do that, but guess what? It is not 100% accurate?
