Outsider's Footwork Right Side
Now big thing for a right side person is, we say, okay, guys, make sure you are outside the court when you attack. That's not true on the right side of the court. All right handed people always start inside, because whenever we attack the ball, we always want out hips facing that antennae. You haven't placed it?
Yes please. Okay, no matter where we are, as a right anded person we always want our hips facing this four antenna. Left handed people, well, they have hip facing that antenna. It's very important, so Annie has to work really hard on making this inside the court and taking her approach there.
Now I can hit the ball line, or I can hit cross court, and hit that way. If I come in angled to that antennae, how am I going to hit a line when I can't get this here. It's not possible, it's a very easy shot. This is the only thing I have and the defense is going to know that. So you work really hard in getting our attackers on the inside of the court.
So do fast, so do fast, small, small big big. Good, good.
So now from a leftie, I am going to be out here, it will be left, right and we go up like this. So it's the same thing, it's just from the outside of the court. Since our lefties aren't here today, I'll do it for you. So it's left, right, and we go up like that, okay?
