Hi my name is Renie Cavallari, I’m the Chief Inspirational Officer of the Aspire. Thanks for two minutes of your time. I want to talk a little bit about customer retention. The single most important strategy you can have right now to drive your business and secure your market sale.
Now, how do you get customer retention? Here is a tip, be nice to your customers. Customer Service! Customer service is about really anticipating what a customer not just needs but what they want. It’s about really connecting with your customers and helping your people talk to customers. So, the other day I’m in Safe Way and this gentleman not only tells me exactly where to go so I can spend my money and along the way he points out things that I can spend my money. It made me really feel connected and I couldn’t wait to help him out too. It’s just that energy, that connection with the customer that changes up the game. And you know what, I go back to that Safe Way store every single week. They got a customer for life in me and here I’m talking to you about it.
So, think about retention you think about customer service. And there are ways to create customer service improvements like that. So start thinking different and make customer service the main thing.
