So in order to make this whole process of creating identities, creating Clipmarks accounts, creating remote blogs. Using Clipmarks to clip to blog remotely and have all these links and keep track of where you linked and for what keyword and what keywords you have and what keywords you need to link for and where they are linking and how many links and all the stuff, obviously going to imagine it's a nightmare, and I know because I try to do it manually and quickly through in the talus there is too much of work.
So I went to the drawing board and I came up with software that makes the whole thing really fast and easy and automates most of it. So I call this -- I don't know, I probably rename it. Currently it's called the Remote Blogging Management. I will probably think of some fancy way. Anyway, this is not available for sale yet but will be in the near future, and I just want to go through how this whole thing works. So what you do is you have your Google Alerts. Again going back to your Inbox, you'll find something that you find interesting that you want to clip.
So if you recall, this is an example. We have this Google alert for Keyword Research SEO Management Step One and so something that we clipped a minute ago. I am just going to copy this URL. Okay, after I check it out and something that for sure I want to clip, I copy the URL. Then I go over here and I just click New and I go in I put in that URL. And if I want to look at it, I just click this little arrow like thing here and it will open up the browser and show it to me.
Next thing I want to do is put in my content keyword. So when I click on this -- I don't have any keywords yet. So I am going to go ahead and add a keyword to my list here. So I am going to put -- oh, I don't know SEO Software is my keyword let's say, and I could put as many as I want. I can have my main theme keyword and my silo keywords, my articles keywords and just load them in here all at once.
Anyway go ahead and put that in there, and I pick it from the list, and it shows it right here. Now what I need to do is figure out where I want to link it to. So what I am going to do is I have to load all my assets. So I click on the Asset tab here. Click on the Content Assets tab and I click on the New button and pick the keyword from the list. Again I can have more of my keywords loaded in advance. And then I pick the Content Service I am going to use. In this case, I am going to link to a hub page like you saw. So I will click HubPages there. Now I will put the URL -- the Root URL and Asset URL might be the same, it depends. What this would be is let's say you have a blog site and you are adding each deep page of your blog site as an asset you want to link to. So the Root URL might be like themematic.wordpress.com, but all your permalink pages, deep pages might be different URL.
So I will show you in the future how that really works, but the bottom line is I need to know where I am linking to, so what this Asset URL is. So in this case my Asset URL is the URL at hub pages. So I just copy that and then I just paste it here into the Asset URL field and then I am done.
And now I would pick where I want to link to from the list that I just created. So when I click this button what it's going to do. So if I have a whole bunch of assets with each one assigned with different keyword, it's going to automatically pick the keyword that matches. So when I click this button you will see I don't even have to do anything. I just click it and it picks this asset. If I had a whole list of different assets with different keywords it would find the one that matches this keyword. So this page is let's say theme relevant to SEO Software, so it automatically selects where I want to link my clip to, and we are going to pick this up in the next video.
