Tara: Hey, I am Tara Stiles and this is Tracy Lee and we are models of Ford in New York and we are going to do some partner yoga moves today. So, here we go. Okay, so we are just going to start back to back. Just sit up in a nice, tall, comfortable sitting position. How are you feeling?
Tracy: So far so good.
Tara: So far so good okay. So we’ll just grab our hands and then on inhale we are just going to lift everything all the way up. So, inhale, feel the stretch in your side and then exhale and come all the way down. Okay, and then we are just going to go to the side and stretch, look at your top hand and then just come all the way back up and then stretch the other way. Bring your elbow down and then just come all the way up. And then what we are going to do is twist to the side. So, we are going to grab each others knees and press down to help the other person keep that hip down. And then we are just going to bring everything back to the center and then going the other way and then just come back to the middle and then Tracy is just going to lean all the way down towards the floor. And then I am just going to give him a nice stretch by just kind of relaxing and chilling out on my back. It feels really good on my spine, and I feel really good. Does that feel good?
And then, I am just going to come all the way up and then Tracy is going to do the same to me. It feels awesome. And then just come all the way up from that. And then we are going to try to face each other. Actually, we are quite at the end. Just grab and you grab your feet together and then try to get them up. And then straighten all the way and then you want to try to keep your back really tall. So, Tracy is this a workout compared to basketball?
Tracy: I was having the impression it was going to be relaxed, never thinking of a workout.
Tara: You thought we are going to be lying down and meditating. And then you can just calm it up. Cool, so thanks Tracy for helping us out with Partner Yoga. You did awesome. It is his first time doing yoga, people. So good, so these are just in basic partner yoga stretches that you can do with a friend, a boyfriend, girlfriend and just take it easy at first and have fun.
