So again as passing 4's for we got ten feet, nice and under control hopefully. Call the ball. Okay after ten feet, we progress the 20 feet which is Virginia and Rebbecca again. Hopefully Rebbecca is at a nice good volley position her left foot should go back fist and she has to move. Okay that's good.

The next one is 20 high. So we should push this ball as high as possibly we can. Emily let the ball come to you more. Nice and high good again at the 10 each Emily and Julie will moving to a jump set. Good and we jump before we set. Hence the word jump set. It's not a set jump and again they are not our setters, they got Libero, we have a middle doing this drill, so as you can can see anyone can do it. Good job.
