Peppadew Macaroni Salad Recipe

Today I’m going to show you how to make a nice elbow macaroni pasta salad for the summer, thinking South Africa here with the Peppadew salad that were imported from South Africa. We have the World Cup going on right now, so I figure this an excellent time to throw out this pasta dish. Its elbow macaroni, we have some rotisserie chicken small diced, sun-dried tomatoes. We have ginger, some garlic, salt and pepper, we cut up the Peppedew peppers into half and some of the dilly onions and of course you want to use some olive oil.
Combine all the ingredients together like so. The sun-dried tomatoes like I said you use it not just to add additional flavor, some garlic helps out the body. Then ginger and you will east-west type of thing, some onion, of course the Peppedew peppers. Season them a little bit with salt and pepper, drizzle some olive oil. I need a quarter of a cup, stirring, combining all ingredients. Let’s try this out here, very good!
