Pepper Progression 2

This Pepper Progression is where Jane is going to toss the ball to Julie, Julie will pass the ball to Jane, Jane will set to herself, and then attack to Julie. So again, only one person is attacking in this drill, its ball control. Let's see.

So you hit a pass, Jane sets herself. She gets her feet set, she attacks. She sets the ball, she gets her feet set, and she attacks. Sets the ball, her left hand is up high, and she attacks.

The most important thing is getting your players hitting the ball, but getting the right footwork to swing through the ball. Ladies, ten times each and shift. Go ahead.
