Perfect Italian Biscotti Recipes

[Music Playing] This is a Biscotti. Biscotti means baked twice in Italian. This is another Biscotti. These are two Biscotti. Pour one cup of sugar in to a bowl. Grate the zest of one lemon directly over it. With your fingertips, rub the lemon peel into the sugar to distribute the lemon flavor. Add three eggs. Stir to combine. Add 1/3 cup of flour, one cup of raw almonds, and one teaspoon of baking powder. Stir to combine. Pour the dough into a sheet’s pan lined with parchment’s paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown. After a brief resting period, flip the loaf unto a cutting board and remove the parchment paper. Cut into thin strips. Lay the slices flat into the same baking pan. Bake the slices for a second round until golden brown and completely dry five to ten minutes. Biscotti will stay crisp forever if you store them in a thin box. Enjoy your Biscotti with your last sips of red wine after dinner, dipping allowed.
