Performing Body Bounce Tricks with Juggling Balls

Here are some body bounce tricks you can do, very easy, bouncing the ball of various body parts.

The first one is simply like your going to catch it with your two fingers but you’re just flipping it, just enough to redirect it. You can also, the under side to your elbow, again, just redirect it. And then the knee catch, the knee-hit I should say, and just make sure your knee is sort of parallel to the ground when you hit it up and again you want to hit it in the fleshy part of your thigh, not the knee itself because the ball would go, who knows where.

And those are just various body bounces you can do with three balls.
