Okay, this is one of my favorite routine, so what I am doing I am putting it to this lead. We are not going to do it anymore, this is the only time you are going to catch to do and take. Actually, it is to caught up, but you can use it to anything you want perfect eight count. What you do, you start with your legs open just like this. So, your two legs open and the arm movement goes like this.
