Personal Defense Against Bat

Okay, what I'm going to show you now is an impact weapon defense where you can actually get that back or the club or—iron whatever out of somebody’s hand. This is one of the methods that somebody uses an impact weapon like this. And I actually saw this in an actual gang fight in New Mexico working security. What happened was one of the gang members was beating up some other kid behind him. The other kid’s friend came up to try and help him but the gang member is kind of made a circle around there. He had a couple of guys there and we’re just kind of keeping him away. So the guy is like, “hey, leave him alone, leave him alone” and the guy is pushing him back. So here is what you do when somebody is in this kind of riot police impact weapon technique here is you quickly just come in. You can go over the top or underneath. It works either way, where you just come in underneath here and just rotate your arm around. Now the leverage right there is really simple. This guy can be three times your size and it's not going to matter. So as he comes in, he is pushing, you're getting pushed back. You come in like this, around like this and now just strip the bat away from him. As you leverage around, there is no way he can hold on to that bat. And you'll find that it just magically places itself right in your hand. And now, you have a bat and now you can really help your friend or whatever you're doing because now you can start crushing melons with an impact weapom.
