Female1: We’re here in New York city at the fire museum to help talk about national pet safety,
and to offer tips for pet owners to make sure that they can keep their pets safe at home when
they’re home alone.
Female2: Justice is one of the lucky ones, he survived a fire because we have a fire monitoring
system that alerted the fire fighters who save his life.
Female1: And we’d also like to have pet owners know that there are great safety tips to help
them keep their pets safe. We always want to extinguish open flames in the house, as Justice
knows, the stove, candles, fireplace, also pet proof the home. Look for any hazards, you know,
keep a leash and collar handy for firefighters and also if you use a pet window cling to alert
firefighters as to the number of dogs and cats in the house, it will certainly help save lives, both
pets and firefighters.
Female2: Just think without them, there literally be no Justice in this world.
Female1: And if you wanna learn more about pet fire safety tips, to get a cling you can go to
ATT.com or you can go to AKC.org to get pet fire safety tips. n
