Peter Fonda: Hi, I’m Peter Fonda and you’re watching the Dream Girls TV.
When I found out there was a great possibility that we could run out of oxygen that was a major lifestyle change. When I knew and I have proven we’re running out of water, that’s a major lifestyle change that’s traumatic.
We could run out of food because we have a food crisis in the world so five minutes without oxygen—if you get up, brain damage. 10 days without water—don’t get back up again. 30 days without solid fuel—don’t get back up again. So, we go from a month to 10 days to five minutes. To start with the five-minute, we’re just start slapping the face, people don’t want to hear it. And then we start seeing you well—so we start with we all need it. And everybody agrees we all need it. Then we all need to have water to drink and then you could start saying, “Now, we’re having a problem.” Not only we’re going—but we’re running out of water which will help us grow the food. And we won’t be able to drink. And you saw me back into that, the—is only five units lefts. What are you going to do? What lifestyle change will you make? And it’s all addressed by this kind of project because if we’re zero emitting, we’re saving oxygen, we really are.
We produce 10,000 babies every second on a planet, 10,000 oxygen consumers and we don’t replace them or we don’t find things that produce oxygen to help balance that scale. That scale is going—now. And my sister Jane said to me, “Peter, this is back in 1965”. “What are you talking about? Oxygen—advertise it.“ She doesn’t like my word for it. I study it. Go to ask your physics, go into a biophysics, you’ll find out because there’s only certain ways that this can happen. And then oxygen borrowed up in the New York City and she said, Oh my God. So, these scared people like going to the oxygen thing right away. What did you start, what the food? Well, that’s right. Everybody understand that, we’ll go along with that then the water yeah we all need water to drink and feed the crops so that makes sense and then so they can get them down in the quarter where they can’t escape. And those that is in you make a lifestyle change and make sense. Is that makes such sense to the people standing next to you, feel it and what was that? I need to do that. Well, I think at about having a good time myself. And I think about having a good time on the planet. I don’t mean me on the planet me on the planet having a good time. I mean the planet having a good time and tell us the due date. We all have a due date. Please consume by such and such year. This planet is no different.
Female: I see that you got your bottle with you and it’s all banged up because I know you use it.
Peter Fonda: All the time, yeah.
Female: What are some, can you give us the most effective and that will make the most difference?
Peter Fonda: It’s showing something like this film shows, what really happens in the atmosphere. What’s rob? What do we lose actually? Rather than what can we gain because people don’t say that. What do we lose if—you need to be provocative. You can’t be scared, you have to be practical and you have to be understood. You have to speak it in a way, slowly, clearly and not using obtuse thoughts or observations but using things we all understand. The way we adjusted with fuel.
