Pilates breathing

I’m going to show how to breath and to connect to your lower abdominals so your going to inhale which your back ribs, feel the back ribs expanding on the mat, on the exhale were going to feel between your hip bones the spacing narrow and in hale to your back ribs on the exhale few narrow between hip bones. Inhale to your back ribs and now on the exhale you going to feel narrow and move in. Inhale on the exhale you going to narrow and move in and in hale now you going to exhale in narrow move in enough, inhale to your back ribs on the exhale narrow between the hip bones, and move in and up.
