My pineapple mojito shots, they're so cool, they're jiggly, they're delicious, and they got a Latin twist. To get started, I'm going to start dissolving two packets of flavored gelatin. One of them is of lime. Put that right in. now, I'm going to be adding one packet of flavored gelatin pineapple. That goes in. one cup of hot water. That should be enough. Give it a quick stir. Make sure that it starts dissolving.
Okay, I'm going to start muddling a couple of mint and it's almost like the making of a mojito, but no quite because I'm going to be adding the lime instead of sugar. I think I've got plenty of sugar already in my gelatin so here it goes. A couple of mint leaves about eight or ten is fine. I'll be adding a little bit of juice. Bring in the lime. I'm putting them right in, now muddling.
If you don’t own a fancy muddler like this just use a back of any wooden spoon and you want to muddle too much. Make sure you're doing all the oil extracts from the mint leaves. These guys seem like they're good to go. I start smelling the mint leaves already.
Going to be adding some ice, three tablespoons of the juice of my pineapple tidbits, simply gives that nice flavor, and last but not the least our rum, just a little bit about a quarter cup. I'm eye balling it. There we go. See, we told you. It was near a mojito.
Close this baby up, shake it up. I'm going to be straining it right into my gelatin. A rum, mint and lime with pineapple mixture right in there and look where I'm going to put all of these. I've got my little egg cup holder that took out of the fridge. I've put a little bit of tidbits into the pineapple. We're going to filling it up. Yes.
Look at how pretty this look. These guys are going into the fridge for a couple hours until they're nice and firm. These are really cool, they're jiggly, and they're so rich. So salute to you Amigos.
