Hi, I’m Michelle Williams and we’re at Foxes Music Company learning how to play the recorder and now I am going to teach you how to play Hot Cross Buns. In the previous -- when we’ve learned how to play B, A and G on the recorder. And so now that's all -- the only three notes that Hot Cross Buns consist of, B, A and G. So, it starts off with half notes and B, A and G are half notes and then you have quarter notes. I’ll play it once for you and to demonstrate. One thing you want to keep your fingers close to the hole so they’re ready to go, your fingers are nice and curved. Now, that is Hot Cross Buns and next I’m going to teach you how to play "Merrily we roll along."
