We use are four men with some specific roles. His first responsibility is to always set a pick or offense on the top player. That extends the defense also after you have rotated the ball a number of times, five repetitions. It gives time and room to your wing to shoot the ball. The second responsibility, this time, we got someone who has jumped out. We do not get the shot, so the four men are working in a reverse triangle. He is coming down. He does not get it here because the big men helped here. So, he is going to go back up to the other foul line corner. Now, we are reversing the ball again and the four men ends up working in a reverse triangle.
Now you got an isolation with the big guy, the four men is open. All we have done in this whole sequence is we have filled gaps where the defense is not. So, the ball will rotate as that four men comes up high, will hit the wing. If I am picked up here, the two men is picked up, we bounce pass to the post.

You two guys step up please, you two step back. The four men are going to be your power rebounder. Your most aggressive low post rebounder and your best pick setter.
