Now when I hit the E I have to hit the C down here (Demonstration) try to get your time like lovely and warm and happy that will help a lot (Demonstration). Now, the right hand is very simple too because all its doing is as you step up (Demonstration) so there is a little hopping and I have to sweep up with my right hand keep it all sounding nice. So now the right hand goes G, F, E, B (Demonstration). Now as I hit D I have to hit G at the bottom (Demonstration). So you remember the whole E thing (Demonstration) in the closet, here we are doing it again (Demonstration). So all it is D, E and to the B. I put my third you complete your second or whatever you want to do.
So it is (Demonstration), E, C, D, E (Demonstration). Now I hit G (Demonstration), F (Demonstration), E (Demonstration), D (Demonstration) so as I hit D I’m hitting G with the left hand too (Demonstration) and I do G and then I am going to cross over (Demonstration) and have the B (Demonstration) now I have the F (Demonstration) and then E (Demonstration), D (Demonstration), C (Demonstration). Now as I hit C I have to hit E or A too (Demonstration) and then I am going to get quieter (Demonstration).
Now this is the tricky part. What I’m going to do as I hit the B is I have to hit the E (Demonstration) now that’s not tricky. The tricky part for most people is that after this you are going to have to hit the whole bunch of E’s. So this is where it gets all E jumping crazy (Demonstration). So what I do is my fifth finger is actually going to jump over like this (Demonstration). So here is middle C (Demonstration) I have to hit the E and then I have to actually lift my whole hand over and drop my fifth finger again into the E that is occupied. So take this (Demonstration). Now when you do this it is best to practice this over and over. Hold your finger on the bottom E and then I want you to target this E above here and think of launching a missile and it is just going to strike into that E (Demonstration). Or you can think of you are springing off a magnet and then the magnet suck that finger down to the left of my key (Demonstration). Or you can think of drawing a rainbow or you can think of ponies, or flowers or whatever really helps. (Demonstration) or pots of gold if you like or just things like that.
Once you get that motion down you want to be able to do it blind folded (Demonstration). So back and forth (Demonstration) because you have to do this fast. Once you got that—if this is in slow motion it goes (Demonstration) then I am going to hit with my thumb in actually about there (Demonstration) and then my right hand is going to come in and hit the same E that my left thumb just did (Demonstration) and then my right hand is going to hit this the high E (Demonstration) and then my left hand is going to come in here and hit that same E that my left hand thumb just hit (Demonstration) and then it’s going to go up like this (Demonstration) and then my right hand comes in (Demonstration) hits the E and then (Demonstration)—right you can see that that’s amazing. You guys from E to E (Demonstration).
So basically what is happening is that the first part is like (Demonstration). So this (Demonstration) and then after this your right hand and left hand start trading in. So I am going to go E-E (Demonstration) and then I go E-E (Demonstration) and then E-E (Demonstration) like that. So it goes (Demonstration). I’ll do it in slow motion (Demonstration). As I do that that’s my left hand comes and then I go 3, 2 on D sharp and E and then I let go and then my right hand does the same thing with 2, 3 and I do it again and then my right hand takes over like normal (Demonstration).
Okay, that’s that. Now I think we are going to go back over in details for a couple of things. If we are playing to this song and we want to end it—how does it sound good without making it turn cheesy or something. So all we do is we are going through this part (Demonstration) now when we get to this part (Demonstration). So what I do with this all thing (Demonstration) instead of putting the D I put the E here (Demonstration) and then I can do the call sign that it’s going to be final (Demonstration). Now as I hit the A I am going to hit the lower A’s in the octave down here (Demonstration). So I am skipping the A, middle C and then the next A and then the A underneath that one (Demonstration). As I hit the A with my third finger and then I stretch my thumb over here and play the C (Demonstration) a very nice final like that (Demonstration).
