Super Skarmory’s Pokemon Diamond Walkthrough Part 79
Return to Lake Acuity
How did we get here again? I hate this place! Well, guess what? Before we head off to Sunny Shore City, there is something else that we can now do and that is go catch some more legendary Pokemon, and those are the three legendaries we saw that we use that to create the red chain for Sirus, the three Pokemon we saved. And they’re back at their lakes and we can now go catch them. Wow, that didn’t really last there long.
Okay, back at the lake! Now we could go for a little surf and I know I am blowing by the cavern, but that is because way, way, way up here, we could go get the TM14 Blizzard, which suits the place, don’t you think? Nothing there. And now we could go to the cavern.
Now the first thing you want to catch is Uxie. So walk into the cavern and before you talk to it, save your game. So when you’re ready, talk to it and the battle will begin!
Uxie, level 50, psychic-type Pokemon with the ability to levitate. Uses the moves confusion, yawn, future sight, and amnesia—pretty, pretty tough. Watch out for that yawn attack. It is going to be really treacherous until you are able to get it down to a level to catch.
Now once again, this is the show where idiots like me try to catch legendary Pokemons. I shall be doing it again and hopefully, I miss a lot of use with that. And I am going to swap out. It’s go Dark Death!
Now, make sure you catch it because I don’t think you will get another chance at this thing at future sites. Uxie in my opinion is the easiest to catch, that’s why I started here. Just because I want to start this filming session off easy. Perfect! Talk about luck!
Time for the Poke Balls! I don’t think I have any status moves which kind of stink because I could really use one or two, but nevertheless, once you weaken it, it is nothing but throwing Poke Balls, so have fun throwing them.
Now Dusk Balls work really good here because you are in a cavern and it’s dark and it is like—use them. Quick Balls work good too if you are starting to battle off and if this battle lasts like all day. You get this Timer Balls if you run out of your Dusk Balls but Timer Balls never get more powerful than a Dusk Ball so that won’t really work.
And you know what the nice thing is, is Uxie’s only offensive move is confusion. So as far as I’m concerned, Dark Death can stand here all day.
And just so you know, after you throw so many Poke Balls, it might be best just to restart if you’re not having luck, because every Poke Ball you throw is just money out the window. There goes Dark Death. I could always use a Revive if I need to. The bite is up next.
Yes, there we have it! I caught myself a Uxie.
“The Being of Knowledge”—can wipe the memory of those who see its eyes. That goes really good with my Pokemon mystery dungeon.
Okay, we caught ourselves a Uxie and next location is Lake Valor. But first off, you probably want to take a look at that thing. I’ll give you a look at it real quick. Back to warmth and comfort. This is like the first time I’ve ever shown the inside of a Pokemon center, at least in like the last 90 or 50 parts or so. Not too shabby but with really good defense.
So the next lake, off we go!
