Alright, one of the first things I am going to show you is after the warmup, one of the moves that the girls really enjoy doing, is getting their back to the pole and they are going to at this point trust the pole. They've got the pole between their shoulder blades from here. Their feet are a little bit, but a foot away from here, and they can use one hand to hold on, we go up on our toes from here and what happens is that we bend the knees slightly, and then from here we are going to throw hip out to the right; and we are going to bring it forward as far as we can.
Now bringing it in from here, and you just keep on doing that circular motion from here. Now once the girl start to trust the pole, the hands come down and they can stay on the thigh from here, or the girls can start to move her hands around from here, and kind of bring it down over the body from here, just have fun with it. And then from there, what happens is that the girl start to slide down. So we call this the pole slide. There are many ways to do it, but basically it's just coming down from here all the way down from here.
Now with the upper body strength there is a point here we can stop, and we can actually lift our feet up enough. I am going to use the other arm from here. Lift the feet up enough, so that we can fall over this way; and we come in to this move here and just bring yourself down. It's not too hard, and then we bring the hand down finish it off this way, bringing it up, lowering the head and girls have fun with that.
