Portable Drive 250 GB - Unboxing
Hey guys. This time I just want to share with you an un-boxing video and it is my first un-boxing video because I just want to share with you guys.
The experience of un-boxing this particular product, so this is portable drive, all right and this was given to me by my uncle. He's in the states now and it was a Christmas gift and the said port here it had arrived only this morning as you can see at my camera there, it’s 10:58 in the evening and a lot of work to do so this is the time I'm going to un-box this and share this moment with you guys so I do hope you appreciate that.
Anyway, this is from Free Agent GO, the name of the software company. There you go. And it is a portable drive or an external hard drive. I'll be using this with my PC and my laptop so it’s a really cool thing to have. I'm really psyched to use this. And another thing good about this is as you can see here it can store up to 250 gigabytes. That’s right, 250 gigabytes. That’s a lot of memory and I need that. So, my uncle I love him very much I'm really, really thankful for having this as my Christmas gift. Anyway, let's check this baby out and let's get started.
Okay guys, before un-boxing a little price check. I don’t know how much this cost in the US because it was a gift from my uncle. So, I did a little price check here in the Philippines. Here it cost around 2500 Philippine pesos. If converted to dollars, it’s around $54.40. So, there you go a little price check there before we open my gift.
Okay, so let's un-box this baby now. I have my twisty Final Fantasy Swiss knife, okay. So I'm just going to open it carefully. So, there you go. Fair warning, this is my first un-boxing video so bare with me guys. So, I'm just going to slice it open, the cooking show here anyway. I should be good with knives you know. There you go, so we can get our credit couch so and here is our external hard drive. So, it has connection f 2.0 USB okay? So here is our external hard drive.
It’s really compact, portable, very sleek, very slim, and ideal, I really like it. Here's my external hard drive. Its color silver as you can see. So this is the port where I'm going to connect my USB connector which is right here the same color that grayish silver and I'm just going to connect here to my USB port to be able to transfer my files, so that is really neat, okay.
Here we go. So basically, this is my hard drive which an external hard drive or a portable drive and I can take it anywhere because it is slim, it’s compact and it’s portable. So, that is really, really neat. So I'm just going to show you how much space because it is not really exactly 250 gigabytes and all but anyway, it’s roughly around that value. So, I'm just going to check that out and this is my gift. So, I think it’s really, really cool.
Okay guys, so I'm just going to connect this to my computer now and I'm going to connect it to my computer. So it lights up, that’s really cool. Okay. So, connect it. I'm a bit disappointed though because it says here or a picture is shown here that you can have a stand. But when I read the description, the available desktop dock is not included so I have to buy a separate stand for my external hard drive. Anyway as I told you earlier, it’s compact, it slim so it doesn’t really matter. It’s cool. So, let's check the contents or actually the memory. Anyway, let just check the memory how much memory it has, okay?
Okay, as you can see my hard drive is now connected and this is the one. It’s called Free Agent Drive on drive I and basically the free space is 232 gigabytes, total size 232 gigabytes because currently it’s empty. So if you open it, we have here some guides. We have the user manual warranty, the EULA I'm not sure what EULA stands for. Okay, oh it’s the end user license agreement. So, that means it’s legal because I have the license for it and bin, okay. So, these are just stuff that enable is to use or hard drive. So we can install the Seagate Manager for efficient use. So, this is our Seagate Manager. Well, it basically manages all my external drives.
So, there you go. I do hope you like this video, more un-boxing videos to come. And also, to all those requesting for tutorial videos just watch out for those. I'll be uploading more soon.
