What we are going to do today is we are going to also we are going to get some pork chops and I am still thinking about them and they were just really delicious. But, we are going to move on to the next slab of meat here. What we have here is we have about a four pound rib eye roast and that we spread cavenders and Greek seasoning all over the outside of it. I cut it down at the middle and stuffed it with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos.
It is recipe that I have been using for a long time and while it just soaks up the flavor of all of this in middle both on the bottom and on the top. Now, what I did with the portable kitchen here is I got my charcoal to one side here and I open the bottom draft on this side and close this one.
Close the top on here and open this one, what is going to happen is, is going to draft the heat across, like that, and it is going to cook just like an oven with the exception we get all that charcoal flavor coming in across.
So, we are going to go head and throw this thing on, probably it do not cook it some where around the four maybe five hour mark just depending. We will check it a little bit later and then hopefully show you the results when it is done.

Okay, folks we are going to go ahead and take off the rib eye roast off our portable kitchen, we have been cooking that thing with the same amount of charcoal that we put in this morning. I have been cooking it for approximately five to six hours and just to kind of show you have this thing, just I mean, it is just amazing how just, look at, just pulls apart.
It is just amazing, I mean look at these, it is cooked inside and out. We got our bell peppers, we got unions, we got jalapenos on the inside and again I am just pulling this thing apart and it just demonstrates on how this portable kitchen performs, you are not going to get the normal average, you know, charcoal grill to perform like that but because of the way this thing designed it is just incredible.
