Power Mac G5 Repair - Airport Card Removal

Male Speaker: Power Mac G5 airport card removal. You will have to remove the metal wall that separates the top half of the logic board and the lower half. There are three Phillip screws that has to be removed. The airport card is actually connected to the bottom side of this wall. After the three Phillips screws are removed simply pull on the wall and airport card will disconnect from the logic board. Now you will see two small Phillips screws that are holding down the airport card. Remove these two screws then gently pry up on the airport card to remove it. Then gently remove the two antenna cables that are connecting to the airport card.
