Hi this is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com, we are talking staying fit and the topic for this is video is power breakfast recipe. I am going to give you a recipe today, something that I have been using already for a couple of years and I think it works really well when you want to have a very healthy and power boosting breakfast. What I want to tell is that usually people will have bread foods as bread based kind of breakfast and this does not really matter with my diet. I get to feel that when I eat bread, I only got very small fraction of the nutrients that I need so I needed something stronger or raw. And when I was much younger I started using a recipe which is called the budwig cream and it was a blog by a doctor’s and this a flour based of cream. We are going to use raw flour and you simply mix it with a few different ingredients. When you go as far in Tibet, you are out there in high mountains. I started as well using what they call the asampa which is flour based. You simply take flour, whole flour and you mix it with water or butter tea and then you add some grated cheese, a little bit of salt. That is it, that is the base of your ingredient. So you do not actually cook the flour and just make sure that whatever nutrients in the flour are kept. The thing that happen is when you cook, most of the times when you cook for instance flour, you really lose a lot of the key qualities of this flour by heating it. It simply destroys most of the big part of the nutrient that you can have in there. So what I am going to show you today is the way of eating raw flour that actually is nice and is good and gives you really this power key of energy that you need in the morning.
I also use that very frequently during the day, when you know I need a snack and also for lunch very frequently when I want to share for instance having from having a salad or some raw fish suppose to something which is a bit more solid in consistence. So here we go, I am going to show you a little bit how this works.
Here are the ingredients that you will need right. So you have first banana here, you have some dry raisins, and you have a mixture here of different types of seeds, you have sunflower and you have sesame and you have lime seeds as well. It is something that I miss but you buy them usually separated. And then you have whole flour here in the cassocks weeds but you have at least but at least three or four different types of whole flour that you can use. So it is good to have a mixture of different types of flour if you prepare this recipe very frequently. You will have a mixer here and the goal is to mix all this ingredients proportion which is more or less, which will fill more less this container.
I start right putting the banana, putting here. I used quarter of these raisins because I like it when it is quite sweet and then I put all this greens and this recipe, you can make it as real quick as you want. I prefer it is having quite solid but you can also just add lots of water to it. You will see that it creates cream. Creamy consistence which is actually quite nice as well so it depends as well on your own taste you can experiment a little bit and see what works best for you so what I am going to do now is add simply a little bit of water to it, as I said I use only a little bit. You can go with a mixer and the mix all these ingredients together.
Now we have something that looks like that, this is already quite liquid okay? And what I am going to so now is simply add the flour. This should be enough for now. And we will mix again the whole thing. Now you see how it looks like now, this is a mixture which looks already yummy and already and already solid. And that is it, it is ready to eat so what we will do is simply pick a bowl and grab one of this and you see that this is right now it is quite solid but if you add simply with more water it is going to be much more liquid. And this is it. As you can see now you have a whole bowl of ready solid breakfast, grab a spoon and you are all ready, that is your breakfast. Now I can tell to you that this is already a solid stuff, when you eat that, most of the time when you have this for breakfast you go for you know few hours with really the feeling that you got something extremely healthy and extremely passing your body.
