I have one and tree fourths a cup of gram cracker crumbs, I’m going to add two tablespoons of light brown sugar, and then I’m pack that in. you know I think I like three, so I’m going to ski one more, and I’m going to add a half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. And now I’m going to pour in one stick of melted butter, and that butter is going to hold that crust together for us. So that’s nice and moist.
Alright, I’m using a nine inch spring form pan, and I’m just going to dump that, down into the pan, and I’m kind a spray it evenly around, and then I’m, just going to take a flat bottom measuring cup, and I’m going to come in there and really hack down our crust.
Now I’m going to start with three eight ounce packages of cream cheese that I have left come to room temperature and I’m going to beat this ingredients together. I’m going to add one fifteen ounce to an of pure rate pumpkin, three eggs plus one egg yolk, alright that’s our three whole eggs and one yolk about a eight cup of teaspoon of fresh ground nutmeg, I’m going to add a half a teaspoon of a cinnamon and eight of a teaspoon of ground cloves. I’m going to toss in a fourth of a cup of sour cream. I’m going to add one and a half cup of sugar, alright I’m going to beat this up a little bit, and then I’m going to toss in a couple of tablespoons of flour. And the last thing I’m going to add is like a teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
And just that easy! All right so we just going to pour this into our spring form pan and like I said I’m using a nine inch pan.
Okay, so we just were going to spread that out evenly into our pan. Were going to put this into 350-degree oven and we will let it bake for one hour, and then I’m going to let it rest in the pan for fifteen minutes. Now I’m going to take my knife and just go around my pan because I want to make sure that it comes out perfectly eve. I’m going to wrap this and I’m going to put this in the refrigerator.
This cheesecake turned out absolutely perfect. And it’s so rich, it’s only going to take just a real little bi. And that real little bit of whipped cream more vegetables. This is fabulous!
