Pür Minerals Review
Hi everyone! Today I’m going to be doing a Megan Fox inspired look. So I don’t know if you notice but I got my blue contacts on because Megan Fox has those gorgeous blue eyes. She is the hot girl from Transformers. So really sexy, she has that like fierce look all the time. So I was really excited to do this look when it was requested.
The products that I used are my typically you know like MAC eye shadow, Drugstore, eyeliner and mascara but what I haven’t use in my tutorials before are Pür Minerals and I have the opportunity to try them out. I always given like at the brush outside, the starter kit and the four-in-one split pan mineral foundation and I get this to ask all the time like you’re getting in this stuff for free and from this I’m going to give you the honest truth of how I feel, how I rate these products and it’s kind of like a hit and miss with Pür Minerals. I like some other stuff and some of their stuff I really don’t really care for.
Let’s just start with the brushes. I got the brush set which has a blush brush. This a powder brush and just a regular eye shadow brush and a lip brush and to be honest well, I’ve never tried the lip brush but you know with these brushes I just don’t really care for and in my opinion is because of bristles aren’t tightly packed together. I feel like I can’t carry enough products to these brushes especially with the blush brush.
I was trying to go ahead and pick out some blush and I just feel it, I had to really, really like dab the brush and just to get some products. Brushes I don’t really care for it. I think like it’s like a loose powder that I was using than any of these brushes would be perfect but I was using press powder so the brushes didn’t really work for that. I think that was $39.00 for the brush set but I prefer using loose powder then go for it, you know.
And also some of starter kit and the starter kit comes with a mineral glow with this bronzer foundation and a blush and this is a pink blush and in my opinion the starter kit is something. Oh, it also came with the chisel brush and this alone costs $22.00 but the starter kit all together costs $35.00 and I’d have to say it’s very well worth it especially since you’re getting the brush. I mean this here the brush I just love. I mean it’s like a brush I’ve never owned before. It’s tightly packed. It’s flat tip and it helps really pack in press powders so I love this brush.
This alone is $22.00 but if you get it with the starter kit, its $35.00 so definitely worth it. The blush I really like it’s still pretty like what this whole starter kit it’s buildable but I didn’t really used it that much because I got another product which I will show you in a second but the starter kit I feel like the powders are very light so if you’re like a teenager and you don’t really need that much to cover or if you’re older and you just want like coverage then go for it but I don’t know, not really into this starter kit but this chisel brush is like the balm.
And last but not least the four-in-one mineral split pan and in the bottom it comes with a little mirror and then a sponge. I don’t really use a sponge because I have the chisel brush. I use the chisel brush.
So the top it’s a split pan and it comes in two shades so you get to build your perfect application like the perfect shade that you are. I come back from California so I was using more of the darker shade but now going into winter I’m going to be using the lighter shade more and then just pack in a little bit of the darker shade.
I love it. It’s very buildable. I mean look at my face, flawless. I can’t believe how good the coverage is. Definitely ten out of ten stars the four-in-one medium split pan and this costs $25.00 so definitely a hit, check it out. So that’s my review for Pur minerals. I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial and I’ll talk to you guys later. Bye.
