Hey guys, it is Ren Ren. I am here with another video, I am going to actually do a product line review, and it is a line of products that was given to test. Someone who could be really be honest with me because I know sometimes in the YouTube community, people feel as if a lot of people are given practice to set and they give biased reviews but I am going to be completely honest with you on my taught on this product line. Let us get started. This one is called Pure minerals and it is a mineral make up line now so it has also skin products and that was become actually based in Atlanta Georgia so that was really cool because I was given the opportunity to try a bunch of their products, like a lot. I will go ahead and run through this and I am going to tell you what is hot and what is not pretty much. Let us go and get started.
Let us start with the skin care, first thing I got was the let us get started daily skin care trio, it says right here and it came with a revitalizing wash and then you follow it up with a perfecting serum and then a moisturizer, a mineral moisture complex. I had to trim me some cell skin guys like I cannot even wear a clean and clear. It would make my face prickle and a hive so I tried this for this two weeks and I was, when I got to three and I did notice that it actually the skin care regimen came and gave my skin a little bit of an extra glow. I think it is because I really do not do that much with my skin so it is a little bit dull. The wash is very gentle, the serum is like an anti aging serum with dermox SRC so when I put this on I feel like, I mean this is kind of preventative because I do not really have any wrinkles but that is very cool like a preventative measure because I am trying to look into products. I can prevent the damage to my skin later on and then the mineral moisture complex actually was pretty good because it is one of those moisturizers where you put on your face with me at least it sinks into your skin like the skin absorbs because I hate wet moisturizers that just sit on the top of your skin. My Oil of Olay that I usually wear always does that, it just sit on top of my skin and takes awhile to absorb. I actually would recommend this it is just a mini set so I am actually going to bring this with me when I go to Costa Rica. The trio was $35.00 so it is a pretty affordable price for three different products.
Next thing I got was the under control oil regulating gel and I got this because, when I do other peoples make up I get a lot of clients that have oily skin so you are supposed to put this gel on and it regulates the oil production. You put it on after you wash your face. I do not really have oily skin when I tried it and it seems to make my skin more mat when I put it on. It is a big bottle so that was kind of cool. I honestly cannot say if they do work because I do not have oily skin but the product is $18.00 so this is a huge tube and if you put it on your hand, you probably would only need like that much. It is a pretty good deal; I cannot say that whether or not it works so because I do not have oily skin but I want to try on some of my clients and see, see how it is like. When you put it, it is kind of sticky and I think it leaves some kind of barrier between the surfaces but that is all you need so the product would last you a long time, $18.00 for that.
The next product is see no more pore minimizer and I am really was excited about this because I have really bad pores on my nose like I know you all think that my skin is pretty good but on my nose I have really-really bad pores that mask people like I do not like that at all. I would say I tried this after I cleansed and moisturized and this one actually works. I was surprised, I do not know what is the name but my spores were smaller but I will say you need to go ahead if they are clogged, you have to go ahead and take care of that. Exfoliate and with a scrub and get, you a pore strip, corner scrub because it is not going to minimize the entrance it skunked out. The ones my pores that are kind of open because I have to use a pore strip. I put this on and it did shrink the size of my pores so this stuff really really-really works. This is $21.50 for this product which is a little bit expensive to me but it is pretty much like the same price range of that Clinique and you only need probably about that much each time so this will last you several months.
The next item is the color correcting primer and peach. This is awesome, I really like this, it has the same feel as is mash box where it is like they are demotions and it leaves a soft finish. The peach really does correct the color in your skin like now people would have the salmon concealers. It is kind of like the same concept with the peach thing. The one thing that I do not like about this is I do not like how they are all glassed bottles; personally, I do not like the glass just because it is heavy and it is not realistic for me to carry on a kit but I really-really like this primer and this is $29.50. It is kind of expensive but it is around the same range as all the other primers in the market I just think that since pure minerals is not as famous as a brand, it is going to be really expensive to some people but I will say that this is actually really good. it is very comparable to the smash boxes and the warmer sears and all that so I really like it, I really like this like it really works so that is good.
The last thing I have here is the pure minerals of revival and it is supposed to be a volumizer and line reducer so this is how it looks like. It is like a white cream and I put it on and it is suppose to reduce lines and kind of like in and around your mouth and it is suppose to plump and you usually use this morning and night. Honestly, I do not notice a difference, my lips are kind of the right full and I am really hoping that I would see like a decrease in lines but I do not know what is the difference, so maybe it is just me but this was $21.50. The only thing is I did not use it for two weeks straight and the last base skin care product I got was a full pick mineral mist which is a huge bottle and it is a hydrator. So you are supposed to spray it on to dehydrate tired or distressed skin and it gives you a moist glow to mineral make up and I will say I was thinking as soon as I saw this, this is just like the x plus. Instead of use this set your make up which is what I do and I tried it a couple of times and I do not know if I am biased to fix plus but I did not think it worked as well. I do not know if it was me missing, I think it is missing glycerin, that what is it because when I spray on top of the make up it just kind of seem to sit on top as suppose to like sink in. I would not honestly; I do not really like it that much as a make up setter. I would just probably use it as like a refresher and that is pretty much it. It has a citrus smell to it as well as the pore minimizer and I mean it is really big bottle and it is $16.50 for this so it is a lot of product. Eight full ounces but I probably would not get this again because I do not think it works for what I want it to work for which is a make up setter.
Those are my honest opinion on old skin care stuff and let us move on to the actual make up. First of is a eye prep which is pretty much like herb and decay para Prussian or tooth paste eye shadow insurance. This is what it looks like and I like it because it is very, it is a lot more liquidy which is easier to blend eye shadow on top of because I have problems on top of herb and decay primer potion. I use this as a base and it does really do it, it really works so I would recommend this, the eye prep and this is $17.00 so it is kind of comparable to some of the other eye primers out there but yes it works pretty good. so there is that, I have forgot my lipstick and this looks just like Mac on shine and it feels just like moon shines. It is lip in sandy quartz and this has SPF 15, which is very cool so it is very moisturizing. It is $16.50 and I do not, the only problem with this is that I try it on and the color is horrible on me, it is bad. I do not know
