One of the biggest problems I have see with people in weight loss is people just do not want to put in the time.
Most people when they writer me or call me and review there diets, they are doing the right thing.
They are exercising, they are watching what they eat, but there just not satisfied with the speed of there weight loss.
They got to remember, weight loss is slow.
If you walk 35 miles, you will burn off 1 pound. 35 miles to burn 1 pound.
Okay so if you loss 2 pounds in a week, that is a thousand less calories a day for 7 days.
That is 7000 calories so you are going to burn out and eat 1000 less calories a day on top of what you have already eaten. So at the end of the day, you burned thousand calories.
At the end of 7 days, you will loss 2 pounds.
Now again, this is normal weight loss. Most people are bamboozled by the crap they see on Sunday mornings.
Infomercials have it.
It drives me insane. This exercise program, that gadget, this gizmo, this exercise install a stripping pole in your living room you will loose 50 pounds in a month,
What garbage and believe me, people want to buy in to this cause they are looking for hope.
Why I am giving you hope, I am giving you the truth.
You will notice, I have not sold you any pills, any potions, any powders, any shakes, nothing magical just truth.
So, if you are doing the right thing, if you are watching what you eat and you are exercising religiously, weight loss will occur.
It just takes time, 2 pounds in a week is a significant weight loss,
If you are a bigger person, 3 to 4 to 5 pounds a week is a big weight loss but it will happen it, just takes time and patience.
And live it.
