Our first question comes from Young Spieldberg, “clever”, on our forums; he wants to know where can I get free background music for my movies?
Check out the right site of our blog. There is ton of really great links and three of those pertain to audio. There is New grounds, Spin express, and FreeSoundProject. You can also check out this linked or a bunch of our foreign user are providing you guys with free music of there own.
Blender81 wants to know where he can find the movie “At the Whack-ness.” To refresh your memory this is was probably in me and Justin’s favorite film, we saw at Sundance. And lucky for all of us who is picked up by Sony Pictures Classic and is going to be in a limited release, July third. And then probably everywhere else, so check it out this summer the “Whack-ness.” But it is two words. Kind of make it sound like three. “Yup”
Franks wants to know is it harder to shoot an HD than regular video? And what are the dimensions of wide screen?
Is not really any harder to shoot an HD but I can be more difficult to edit an HD. It is a much bigger file; it is going to slow down your machine a lot more than standard definition. But, it is a lot prettier. To see a good example of these three sizes in actions, head over to Apple Trailers. If you go check out the HD options you will see that they come in 480, 720, and 1080, which of course we first back to the sizes I just talked about. You can also check out this cool chart, “ping” which lays out all the sizes, all different stuff.

Male2: Hey Indy Mogul this is SamAmusement12 and I have to two quick question for Q and Eric?
And my first question is, I have this shock gun in Mike and it has a switch right here and I was just wondering if you knew what is switch is? What are the two different sides mean?
Male1: When you move that switch over the side with the bent line that is going to be activate the low pass filter which actually filters out high frequency sound.
Male2: And my second question is that I have CannonGeo2 and attached that I have the MA-300 microphone adapters that I can plug and excel our cable to it and after I import this into Final Cut Pro, there is about a two second lag between the audio and the video?
Male1: As far is your audio is concerned, if everything is fine during playback in the camera and then you put it in Final Cut and the audio out of sync. There is probably a problem with your sample rates. The sample rates in Final Cut probably does not match the sample rate on your camera. So make sure your settings match.
