QiGong Energy Workout: Rocking

Our next move is rocking. It’s going to bring your right foot in front, left foot behind and your hands are in. We’re going to lean forward reaching the hands up and lunge it forward and then bring them back around, sit back and lift that front toe up. And let’s rock it forward and back. Make sure you keep breathing throughout, nice deep breath. Really feel that stretching the cap as you reach forward and you’ll feel stretching the back at your thighs as you sit back.

One more time, good. Let’s switch legs, bring the other one forward, toes are pointing straight ahead and reach the arms up as you lean forward and then sit it back. Sitting back, reaching those toes up, you’ll feel the stretch in the back of that leg, all the way from the cuff, right up the back on the thigh.
