Quick Hair Trim

Hair Update and how I trim… A few before pics to follow and then some updated length photos taken today. Hey guys I just wanted to just show really quickly how I trim my hair. When my hair was a little bit shorter, I would put it in several ponytails and just clip the very ends, but now that my hair is a little bit longer it’s a little bit easier for me to again get around to you know the back and sizing stuff so all I want to do is I comb it all the way back and then I just kind of grab my hair together and then make sure that is my combed from the rooms all the way down to just the— it will be nice and even. Then I kind of pull in the pony tail off and then as I’m looking in the mirror. I have a mirror in front of me and I just take it and I just kind twist my hand around. It’s very important that you bring your fingers straight down before you turn your hair because if you don’t have your fingers the level is straight your haircut will left sided so sometimes I just go down like this and my fingers that’s my guide and I just trim very lightly. And that and I come in and I split it in half just in case I have one side just a little bit longer and then I just use we need to see this my hair is pretty straight. I use the shortest hair as my guide and this side first you are going to see a huge little this you don’t have to upload it and use it. I have it from the back. Okay, and then I take my comb. This is something I learned in beauty school it’s called a— haircut. I’m not sure what’s— if you do you would let me know. Now what I’m doing now is putting very, very light layers in my hair also will help to get to those pairs that I couldn’t get to when I comb it back. Okay, so you got to make sure every piece of hair is going straight up and the reason why you do this is because this will help me to retain my look then I’ll show you how. If you pull your hair up naturally, your hair will begin to fall down in the back and that’s where you length it but for the purpose of this video I’m just trying to keep it all up for you. Okay. So I want you to get it all up and then go one smaller comb and then all the way up on top of my head. My brush is almost two years and when I do go I never get my hair cut just I don’t know. And I think you should and It’s just you know I just like the way I cut mine. Alright so you bring it all the ay up and as you can see my ends are pretty, their pretty even, their pretty good. I see a few little shred of hairs. Now if you wanted to put layers in your hair you could take like two or three inches of and your hair will just fall into a nice layer of hairstyle. So all I’m going to do is bring my fingers, bring them all the way up and remember your finger, your fingers are your guide. Can see that and all the way up and then I see a few little pieces of hair you use your shortest piece of hair as your guide. And I want just save these hairs so you could see how much I’m taking off. I’m not even taking off maybe a quarter. I’m trying to get it form the paper here so you could see what I’m going to take it out and I didn’t lose any of my of my length and I have a nice straight haircut. It is a nice and— And I would like just to do as needed. There’s no magic number of months or weeks that are further to my hair. Usually it’s around, I guess, since I’m transitioning I probably will do it more or like every week or second week or something like that. Just so when I do decide to cut off relax and just like I said I’m going transition you without a big chat so hopefully I will be able to cut all whatever relaxant I have left in about a year from now so If I continue to turn them at least a half an inch every three months or so you would probably notice the difference. My hair has grown a lot, it wasn’t above if you just look at my old pictures and yeah things are doing well that new blow dryer there I got I really like it. Anyway let me show you the pieces of hair. I’m going to umm— paper and as you can see that’s not very much hair at all. I just like to keep things even. Let me just pick it up for you. See what I’m talking about. So those were the little Frizzy ends that you know were annoying me when I did my roller sets and if you ever had like a frizzy part of your hair that just is like oh. Yeah those are the little part of all so that’s all I do to trim my hair I hope this was helpful and don’t be scared you only taking off a little bit so just go for it and remember your hair grows back so yeah just go for it, alright take care, bye.
