That somebody else with cash might want, to get it to come in as a partner and provide the cash or take you out completely and provide you with the cash profit.

Scott Britton: No, you don’t. You don’t have to have cash. Enough to say that, say you want to sell me your house, you call me up and say Scott come over and buy my house. I'm moving or whatever your problem might be, I just need to sell this house. And I say okay, Jackie I’ll buy your house, I’ll buy as it is, where is all cash were close tomorrow afternoon or something like that. I don’t it doesn’t have be tomorrow afternoon but that would be the-- when you can get the lowest possible price.
