Radius Atomic Bass headphones - Tech Review What’s up guys? This is SnazzyiPhoneHacker here today on this beautiful day. I have a little something different for you guys is on the radius atomic bass headphones for the iPhone 3G. This headphone is kick-ass guys. I love these headphones. Hopefully you enjoy this video and enjoy these headphones and go out and buy them or whatever. But these headphones I got them in black as you guys can see. It has a built-in microphone for talking. It has tremendous bass, really clear sounds, superb fidelity and it just amazing. It has a Y style. The headphones are Y style so they are not wrapping around your neck or anything. A 120 centimeters of wire length, very good, longer than the Apple headphones but not too long that they’re annoying. You get extra silicone tips in small, medium and large 3.5 millimeter gold plated jack. So it is all standard built-in mic with remote compatible with the iPhone 3G 8 GB or 16 GB. It also works for the iPhone I'm pretty sure like the first Gen iPhone. These are great headphones guys from their web site Radiusearphones.com. I’ll put a link in the description. They are 50 bucks on their website guys. These headphones are just as good as those Boss audio headphones because since I tried them out once. Although I guess if I have the Boss headphones myself, I would be able to do a better comparison on the two but these headphones are just up there with both for half the price. After all the price up there with sharing all these companies because they are very good. The bass is amazing very comfortable, really clear sound, it is great guys. What’s also great about these headphones is that the cold quality is amazing. I told to my people they hear me perfectly loud and clear and I hear them super loud since this is any your headphones that I'm not just playing the phone to my ear or using my Apple headset headphones. These headphones have very nice appearance. They look very official and stylish with the chrome. This is like neodymium magnet or whatever it is called that right there which provides a great bass for great audio fidelity and outstanding bass response and all that stuff. What you probably notice by now is that it’s a U-shape headphone, like not U-shape but they’re not like the zoom ones right here. There are not just straight into your ear. They kind of curve a bit and know this is not for your right ear. No, that it is not for your right ear it is for your left ear. It kind of like scoops into your ear, let me show you both of these. This is the right one. This is the left one. It kind of scoops into your ear and just sits there very comfortably, very nice guys, awesome sound with these, a lot more comfortable than the Zunes and a lot more better sounding than the Apple iPhone headphones of course because those are like sub-par. But what is different from the Apple headset is that instead of the microphone being on the right, the right string or the right cord is on the left. I'm right handed so I'm not sure how much I like that. I kind of like cross my body to press it but this remote slash mic is amazing like it works very well. It’s more springy than the Apple headset one. You guys can see the microphones right there and you guys can probably hear the click. I like to click this a lot. It’s a little bit louder than the iPhone, the Apple ones but still very good guys. I'm just going to show you the rest of it as you guys can see. It is a regular cord. It is kind of very thin guys so if I were you I’ll be very careful with these headphones. The wire is pretty thin and it is also pretty long. I mean if you go all the down. Tt is pretty long. The jack is great guys as you guys can see as a comparison to the Zune ones which are just like the Apple ones because it is kind of short. It is long which provides for better like durability I guess you can say and it is gold plated and it has three bands instead of two. The third band I'm pretty sure is for the mic functionalities and it has radios on it and it is really good guys, nice and pretty thin. All right, so enough with those Zunes. I'm going to show you how the mic on this headset works. So let me just pull out my hand in the iPhone. Inside the box guys you basically get these headphones and you also get instruction manuals and these extra tips. You don’t get a little case like the Zune once did. I wish they included a little tiny pouch or something. That would have been nice. You guys can see a rock in the Flash theme. I chose this one just because it has a cool mark I guess. It is free from the App Store, I mean from iTunes store but as you guys can see it is on pause right now and nothing is playing. If I click it once, it will start to play. As you guys can see it, it is playing double click it and it goes to the next song. Triple click it and it goes back to the beginning of song. Triple clicking is previous but let’s say you're halfway to the song already and you triple click it. I'm not that great at triple clicking. It is kind of hard but in if you like. The phones in your pocket, put your headset down and your phone is lock, press it once and it is going to start playing. So click it again, it goes off. It works with the clock, the clock quality and these are amazing. When I talk to people, they say they hear me perfectly loud and clear and I hear them great because these are in my ears and not just against my ear like the phone or the Apple headphones. Great set of headphones guys. The only problem I had although the problem is easily resolved by the great customer service that Radius has was that on my first pair because this is my second which I can prove to you guys. I have two of these which means that I did buy two of these headphones not two. I bought one. I had to return the first pair because it kind of broke on me. I had this in my pocket guys, in my jeans pocket just walking around and then when I guess must have like sat on it or something but when I got up and once put these headphones in my ear. I took it out of my pocket and realize that this part popped off. You guys can kind of see that there's a seam. There is a seam right there and it just popped off that the magnet parts just popped right off of my right one and really we’re just unusable. It could not glue them back together or anything. So I called up. I didn’t call up, I e-mailed Radius. They said sure just ship out your old ones that affect your defect ones and will you ship you out brand new ones and they did. Their company is in Tennessee so it kind of took a while but not that long but it was great guys, very good customer service over at Radius. Check them out guys. And if you're wondering, Wow! I wish I can get these headphones but I only have money to buy headphones and I like my Apple headphones already. I have a giveaway for you guys. I know white is, I know red is, I know purple, I know pink might be but I got the black one preferably for my black iPhone. These Zune headphones I'm not going to use these anymore. These are going to be like throw away. It might give to a friend or something. I like the magnet part in the back but I hate the magnet part in the back at the same time because if I use these headphones in my ears funny story guys, funny story I like. When I was using these headphones one time and it was very cold. It was in a winter. So I put a fleece blanket over myself. I got static shock from the fleece and I shock my ears because of the magnets in these headphones. The strong magnet in the headphones I got shock in my ears guys. This happened to me about 40 times with these headphones because if you wear a fleece jacket or you just happen to be shock prone. It happens a lot with these headphones that is why I do not prefer those headphones or recommend them. I recommend this. These are amazing guys go out and check them out. Go out and buy them.
