Female Speaker: I think the most important thing that I see in these kids, that is developing that they are truly teachable, and they are thirsty and they are hungry to learn, on how to be great leaders, and they are critical thinkers. So they are not just repeating answers, but they are formulating wonderful ideas and strategies, to change the world. We are creating dynamic innovators, and that's what this world needs. They need big thinkers, who can make dramatic change by empowering and inequipping great teams.
Male speaker: Kids are incredible. They have so much potential, and yet most leadership training doesn't begin until the age of 25-35. Imagine what it would be like to get leaders at 10-20 year head start. We encourage you to be a part of a leadership revolution, KidLead.
