Who does the agent work for? Unless you have specifically hard your own buyer’s broker, everybody you will make will be working for the sellers, putting the seller’s interests first. And that’s system works pretty well, the one thing you want to remember is never tell us sellers agent anything you wouldn’t want the seller to know like how much you’d really pay for the place if you had too.
