Inspecting house has can be a tiring and confusing process, if you’re at more that four in the morning or in afternoon you can easily end up in a days trying to remember which house said, which features and why you like the first house better in the third one. I’ve identified four things that your absolute musts when you’re house hunting. First, take notes of photographs, record details of your visit. Then for each house you visit get detail, description from your agent. And then mark features such as schools, parks or shopping center on the map. And lastly, focus on the location, the layout and the basic condition of the property. If you’re right this kind of information down as you look houses, they’ll save yourself the hustle of trying to remember exactly what you saw.
