Judd Kessler: Exactly! And you think that, that trend is going to continue. Things are flat or they are down and people get absolutely convince that, that trend is never going to change. And that’s the biggest problem.
Interviewer: In that trend changes. It does change.
Judd Kessler: Things are always changing.
Interviewer: So, you might have to be patient first a year or two or three?
Judd Kessler: So, if you can go counter to your psychology, you can buy one things when things are down or when things look—and that’s one you’re going to get the best values and you can sell when things look rosiest because that’s one people will in they pay them most.
